Jintropin Questions and Answers

Norditropin vs. Jintropin

Posted under Jintropin - Apr 25th, 07 - No Comments

Question:

Right now I take .4 IU of Norditropin a day, because of the cost of the drug I went shopping and my Doctor sent me a link which lead me to you. What are the differences between these 2 HGH products?

Answer:

The only difference is that Norditropin comes pre-mixed in liquid form (more sensitive to heat, shaking, etc) while Jintropin comes in lyopholised form and you have to mix it yourself (water vials are included in each Jintropin kit). After you mix it both Norditropin and Jintropin are identical, 191 amino acid sequence human growth hormone (same as human body’s own HGH). Jintropin is the only 191 amino acid sequence HGH produced in China (patented by GeneScience and holding a 75% market share since 1997).

HGH replacement therapy

Posted under Jintropin - Apr 16th, 07 - No Comments

HGH anti agingThe human growth hormone goes into decline starting from the age of 30-35 and by the seventies everyone is deficient in HGH that leads to Somatotrphin Deficiency Syndrome SDS). The benefits of human growth hormone are that is keeps the muscles strong and energy levels high. When the hormone levels fall down the person begins to get weak and lethargic and also faces a higher risk of cardiovascular disease, lower life expectancy, and a decreasing ability to self heal. This is what happens when the human body ages.

HGH Decline and Aging
Somatopause is the name given to the process of lower HGH levels with increasing age. Other symptoms such as graying hair, appearance of wrinkles, lower energy, decrease in sex drive, increased tendency to store body fat, and higher risk of cardiovascular disease are symptoms common between aging and low HGH. When HGH levels fall below a certain level even young people begin to look and feel older than their age. One of the benefits of human growth hormone replacement therapy is that there is hope for people who are suffering from these symptoms too early in life. HGH replacement therapy has helped people with these symptoms by restoring hair growth and color, increasing bone density, increasing energy, reducing body fat, and several other health benefits.

HGH Replacement Therapy
Higher HGH levels help because it is related to nearly all organs of the body and several vital functions. For older people a major advantage of taking HGH is that it raises energy levels and the typical fatigue associated with old age can be lowered. Lower energy also leads to elder people being unable to perform common physical tasks that they can continue doing and enjoying once HGH is restored to normal levels.

Other benefits of Human Growth Hormone
These include higher cardiac output, increased lean muscle mass, better memory, increased libido, deeper sleep, higher fat burning, improvement in cholesterol profile, higher bone density, sharper vision, stronger immune system, hair regrowth and color restoration, thicker and better skin, higher resistance to infections, more positive mood, faster healing, lower blood pressure, and restoration of essential body organs such as kidney, liver, and the heart.

Using HGH
If you wish to enjoy the benefits of human growth hormone then you have to choose the form of HGH supplement that works best for you. Be very careful when choosing HGH supplements because some products can be damaging instead of beneficial. HGH does NOT work in spray or pill form. The only real HGH is injectable HGH.

Remember that aging is natural and you should not expect a complete reversal. Nothing can keep you young forever.

Taking HGH

Injectable HGHHuman growth hormone from A to Z

Every body needs human growth hormone if it is to develop appropriately. Without it children would not grow, muscles would not develop, even bone density will be affected. HGH has many different jobs such as promoting the growth of tissues throughout the body, the deposition of different proteins and even the breakdown of fat into energy.

Endogenous levels of endogenous levels of human growth hormone go down as people age because the pituitary gland becomes slower in producing and secreting it, but even then there is still some in the body.

Once researchers had learned about HGH and what it did for the body, they became sure that it could have a significant affect on many different things The therapeutic properties of this hormone were then researched in earnest. They figured and proved that it could help those with pituitary deficient dwarfism for example. When these patients were given HGH throughout adolescence they saw a marked improvement in linear growth.

The first kind of human growth hormone that was given to patients was from other people. This hormone was taken from cadavers and then prepared to be given as an injection to those who needed it. It did not take long for the FDA to take this form of HGH off the market when some patients began to be diagnosed with a fatal brain disease that was caught through the injections.

That is why today human growth hormone is synthetic with the recombinant DNA process being very complicated and complex. Scientist take e coli bacteria or mouse cell lines and then use them to make the hormone structure genetically. Jintropin is one of the most effective of these as it has less of a chance of antibodies being triggered in your body when used. This is due to the fact that it has only 191 amino acids where others use 192. The extra amino acid seems to have an effect on these antibodies and when they are produced the human growth hormone does not have the same potent effect at all.

Every day more and more people seem to be finding HGH for themselves. It is used in large extent by athletes who want to become better during competitions. The fact that human growth hormone stimulates tissue growth throughout the body is only the start of why they use this hormone so much. Unlike other options such as steroids, HGH like Jintropin will help the body to make more cells as well as help them to become bigger. All that steroids will do for the body is the latter alone. Even skeletal muscle tissue is increased with human growth hormone.

When taking HGH the transportation of amino acids goes up as well as the rate of protein synthesis. These are actually affected by IGF-1 which happens to be a very anabolic hormone that is made in the liver as well as other tissues. This is triggered by HGH and when one takes human growth hormone injections like Jintropin, peak levels of IGF-1 are sure to be seen about 20 hours or so afterwards.

IGF-1 is not the only thing that human growth hormone will stimulate however. The body will also see more triglyceride hydrolysis in adipose tissue, which can lead directly to fat loss throughout the body. Natural insulin production can also be somewhat depressed when taking HGH and glucose levels can go up. What happens next is that the body starts actually using all of the fat it has stored for its primary energy sources and this too will lead to fat loss. There are even more benefits to human growth hormone such as the strengthening of connective tissues etc.

When HGH strengthens the various connective tissues in your body, it allows you to go without hurting yourself as often. Injuries become far less when tendons and cartilage are so much stronger and this is especially important to those who put a lot of stress on their bodies like bodybuilders and athletes.

But the fact that the hormone is not found on urine tests is probably the second best selling point. This does not mean that the athletic committees of the world have not banned HGH, because they have, it just means that for them to find out if people are actually using it is a lot harder than finding out of they are using steroids.

There has also been some talk of late that there are some testing methods that will tell if HGH is being taken effectively. These have not been used yet but they could hit at any time. Perhaps then less professionals will depend on human growth hormone, but for now it is still very sought after by those who can afford it.

Is human growth hormone going to work for you?

The real question when it comes to HGH is how well does it really work? There are thousands of athletes that swear it does but studies have been anything but consistent. There are some researchers that are positive that the hormone can do stunning things and others that are not. Some studies will clearly show that human growth hormone can cause the body to drop body fat quickly and easily while building lean muscle mass and others will be wholly inconclusive.

Human growth hormone is a product that many athletes and bodybuilders think is worth trying even though it costs so much money. The chance to get so much stronger and leaner is simply too much for some professionals to resist.

But why is there so much dissention among doctors and researchers? Why is it that human growth hormone seems to work so well for some and not others?

First of all a large part of this may be due to the fact that some people cannot afford the larger doses that really produce the big time positive results. Instead of spending hundreds of dollars per day on HGH these people choose to take lower, smaller doses in order to save money. This hampers the ability of the hormone to do all that it could.

For the best results when taking human growth hormone one must take the larger does, or so studies seem to show, and these must be taken nearly every day. One cannot expect to take a small dose once time every few days and see a big impact on their body, that is simply not the way human growth hormone works. HGH is only worth using if you can commit to a good cycle even though it is expensive.

Male athletes will need anywhere from 4 to 6 IU each day in order to get the very best results. It is possible to take only 1 or 2 IU but the results will not be nearly as powerful and you will still be spending a lot of money. It is vital that you get the human growth hormone daily and because of how fast this hormone metabolizes in the body you may want to seriously consider splitting your doses. This way you take some earlier in the day and some later on, it will maximize the effects of HGH injections.

If you are not an athlete and you simply want to find a quick and easy way to lose some extra body fat then you can take the human growth hormone injections for a lot less time. Once you have reached the body weight that you are comfortable with you can cease the injections completely. In most cases a few months should suffice to really trim down a lot.

No matter the reason you are beginning a cycle of HGH injections you will want to make sure that you inject the solution the right way. All HGH injections should be subcutaneous ones. These will help you to lose weight in the areas they are injected even above the rest of the body. This is a good reason for you to switch up the areas in which you inject this hormone. This will give you a more even and balanced weight loss.

The best news when it comes to human growth hormone cycles is that the fat comes off and it comes off quite quickly. It really does not take long to notice a big difference in ones weight and they do not need to be on the high doses that athletes do. This means it is a lot cheaper as well.

Taking human growth hormone

When taking human growth hormone, you will need to take some other things along with it in order to see best possible results. Thyroid hormones seem to be in bid demand during a HGH cycle so taking some insulin as well as androgens is always a good idea. This is because when you take extra HGH the levels of the thyroid hormones are depressed to some extent and when you take them to make up for it you will see the thermogenic effectiveness of the therapy increase. This means more fat loss over time as well.

Taking some additional T3 and T4 is your best course of action and this is simple to do. Taking these along with insulin will also help to make receptors more sensitive to IGF 1 while lowering the IGF 1 binding protein 1 which leaves more free circulating IGF 1. Some people even choose to take some steroids during their HGH cycle to truly boost the anabolic effect as much as possible.

The dangers of HGH therapy are not in combining it with these other things, but rather in the HGH itself. There is a lot of debate about which side effects are real as well as the seriousness of them.

For example acromegaly has been listed in some places as being a side effect of HGH injections. But this is not exactly true. If you are prone to this abnormal bone thickening and growth then HGH certainly can increase the dangers. But those who do not have this disease should not see any of these sorts of symptoms.

Another example is the growing of organs. Some researchers have stated that the organs can increase in both size and weight when HGH is taken but this too is up for debate. Other scientists are equally sure that this is just not happening in those that take HGH injections.

There are many people worldwide who take HGH every day in large doses and very few have noted any problems whatsoever. And those that take this hormone in small doses generally have no problems at all.

HGH is not for everyone and the price tag alone will show you. This is a solution that should only be considered with those with thousands of dollars to burn. This is a highly expensive treatment that must be committed to in order for it to work. And while HGH can help you to lose fat, gain lean muscle mass and have more energy, it is not going to change you into an unbeatable machine out there during competition all on its own. This is a form of therapy that is good for those who can afford thousands of dollars per month and who are willing to go all out to make it work as best as it can.

Not seeing good results on my 2nd HGH cycle?

Posted under Jintropin - Apr 10th, 07 - No Comments

Question:

After i used Jintropin in my first cycle which lasted 3 months, i felt fantastic, could climb walls and lost 6 kg on 2 units a day. Around a month ago i started my 2nd cycle and i have been on 4 units a day (2 morning and 2 evening) but it feels like it’s not working the same as first time. Could it be that I have a bad batch? The goods where delivered in 1 day after leaving China, it was hot but they would have not longer in the courier van than 3 hours…

 Answer:

The batch couldn’t have gone bad in such a short time. Extreme tests have been done and Jintropin stays good even at 45 degrees celsius (extreme australian summer days) for about a week.

After a prolonged use of HGH your body’s natural thyroid hormone goes down (HGH speeds up thyroid use), which leads to low energy levels (you constantly feel tired etc). Bodybuilders add T3 or T4 (thyroid hormone) to their cycle, but you have to know exactly what you are doing or you risk permanent damage to your body. It is best to consult a specialist doctor (someone who actually knows stuff about hormones – most doctors don’t). The thyroid dose has to be very very low.

It’s best to pause with HGH after 3-4 months of use. The pause could be a month or two. When you stop using HGH and continue work outs (and proper protein rich diet) your good results will keep on comming as if you were still on HGH. This was observed by many bodybuilders.

Furthermore, when you cycle HGH for the first time results are always amazing (somewhat rapid), but in every next cycle it’s not the same anymore. The body adapts to higher dosages of HGH. If you get tingling sensation in your fingers and palms (your hands falling asleep every now and then, especially on heavy work outs or when you wake up in the morning) then you know the HGH is working properly. That’s a mild case of carpal tunnel syndrome which is a usual HGH side effect.

HGH Quick Facts

There is a difference between HGH and steroids

There is a very basic difference between what steroids will do for muscles and what HGH cycles can do for them. Steroids will make the cells that you have bigger while HGH can actually increase the number of these cells.

HGH and its half life

HGH injections have a half life of about 2 hours. This means that there is only four hours in total where your natural HGH is suppressed.

All natural HGH

The majority of the natural HGH that the body produces is secreted during the first couple of hours of sleep at night. This means that when taking HGH injections, your body may react oddly to the sudden influx of HGH. If you feel tired at first then there is nothing wrong with laying down, this may actually help your body as sleep is when the majority of our body ailments are healed.

HGH and Acromeglia

This disease is not caused by HGH treatments though if you have Acromeglia it could very well exacerbate the problem.

Concerning HGH gut

There are some researchers who believe that the weight gained when doing HGH cycles is due to an increase in the size and weight of internal organs. These scientists and doctors are also concerned that this can cause problems in the body as time goes on. Most of the studies that have been done concerning HGH treatments have not shown this to be the case, in fact many other researchers think that HGH gut is purely a myth.

There is abdominal discomfort in some cases however and this should be taken seriously when it occurs. This could be due to an allergic reaction to testosterone and you will want to have this looked at. You may consider trying to take it down to one at a time for example, the creatine, glutamine of the proteins, this can help you later eliminate the problem. It could also be due to the fact that you have been using dirty gear. And if you are also taking orals this too could be causing the problem. Take out one at a time and this will help you to easily identify the problem. Do not let these types of symptoms go unchecked.

HGH and IGF-1

IGF-1 increases protein synthesis by working to increase the body’s cellular mRNA formation. This is not all it does however it also help the body absorb amino acids better and faster. The combination of these leads to the addition of lean mass to the body. Without HGH the IGF-1 is not able to do its job properly, only when combined do these work to help people add muscle and have better protein synthesis.

Using IGF-1 is not a simple procedure, it needs to be treated with extreme care and this makes it very difficult to get in good condition. The problem is that IGF-1 must have always been kept at a steady temperature. Oftentimes it is easier to get the body to produce its own. This can be done with an oral steroid during your HGH cycle.

Human Growth Hormone trivia

1) Did you know that Ornithine plays a part in the quick release of HGH? It is a fact and then the HGH can work to keep your metabolism up so that you do not gain weight and so that you can lose what you may have already gained.

2) Can you list some of the benefits of HGH replacement therapy? Some of the most important ones are the reversal of pulmonary functioning, weight loss, more energy, increased bone mass and even thicker and tighter looking skin.

3) Who can take HGH? Anyone can take HGH if their doctor has prescribed it, even children in some cases. As for the types of injections for weight loss and anti aging, those under the age of 20 are generally discouraged from taking human growth hormone. This is because their bodies are generally making enough of this hormone already and if they were to take large doses as injections they could find themselves with too much for their body to handle well.

4) What has HGH been known to treat with success? Some of the most popular and common reasons to use HGH are: in some cases of dwarfism, to gain muscle mass, for its anti aging properties, to lose weight and to have more energy each day. The latter is especially important to athletes who burn up so much.

5) How does L-arginine affect HGH? What L-arginine can do is get the pituitary working more efficiently at producing the HGH, especially in young men. When they take at least 3 grams each day they can see their HGH levels rise. This can be important in a young man as it will help him to develop bigger and stronger muscles as well as help him burn more fat. Not only is this healthier it also leaves muscles looking better and more “cut.”

6) Have there been a lot of studies done on the safety of HGH? There have been numerous studies done concerning the safety of human growth hormone in both men and women of virtually all ages. It has not been shown to have any serious side effects as of yet, no deaths are anything of that nature have been reported in these studies, at least not the ones I have read. HGH treatments are safe and effective though the long term results are still up in the air as it is just too soon to know for sure.

7) Is all of the talk about human growth hormone just a bunch of publicity hype? Obviously this will depend on who you ask to some extent. However if you do not want to trust the studies done then you may trust Oprah, 20/20, Time Magazine, Dateline, the American Journal of Medicine and Newsweek. These have all talked about the many benefits of HGH with glowing commentaries.

8 ) Is it true that HGH can help you to improve your memory? Sure is, several studies have clearly indicated that when a person—even an elderly person—takes human growth hormone their memory does indeed improve significantly.

9) Does the human body need HGH? It certainly does when it is young. Without HGH we would not get tall and strong and our organs and bones would not be able to develop. However as we age our levels go down and down and this does not kill us but it does make us fatigued and sickly due to the fact that our bodies do not heal and regenerate as they did when we were producing more HGH.

10) Where does HGH come from anyways? That is an easy one. Human growth hormone is produced in our anterior pituitary gland. This is found at the back of our brains. This is an important gland that secretes many different hormones all of which are important to our bodies.

HGH simple study facts

Posted under Jintropin - Apr 4th, 07 - No Comments

In yet another study done by Dr. Daniel Rudman, elderly men were given HGH treatments 3 times per week for 6 months. In that time they saw the following:

  • Increased muscle mass 10%
  • Skin thickness increased 9%
  • Body fat lowered 14%,
  • Weight was added to the liver
  • Weight was added to the spleen

One of the big time health problems that many people have never even heard of is an excess of serum insulin (hyperinsulinemia). HGH treatments can help you to manage this problem with ease. What happens then is that all this extra insulin keeps your body from producing enough HGH. It also keeps fat trapped in the cells, which means that you are stuck being fat and lethargic. More HGH in your system means that you will be able to let this fat go and both look and feel better overall.

HGH Hormone

Posted under Jintropin - Apr 4th, 07 - No Comments

HGH is one of those hormones that we may not need a lot of to survive but that we do need to be as healthy and well as possible. There is no reason in the world to go around life feeling low and blue. There are all kinds of reasons to take human growth hormone and not all of them are the kinds of things you would expect.

What happens when you take HGH is that you will be able to better burn off the excess fat that your body has stored. We are talking about an average of 14.4 percent. With more energy you will be able to exercise more and feel better during and after exercise.

HGH also helps the body to repair itself on a cellular level. Your damaged heart muscles will be rejuvenated and these other essential tings will be taken care of as well:

  • Liver
  • Kidneys
  • Lungs
  • Pulmonary disorders
  • Oxygen uptake in emphysema patients
  • Organ shrinkage
  • High blood pressure
  • Hypertension
  • Diabetes
  • Cholesterol
  • Atherosclerosis plaques
  • Viruses
  • Chronic fatigue
  • Prostate cancer

As well as many other different issues that you have had to deal with over the years.

HGH looks like it is going to shape up as a sort of catch all kinds of treatment. Because it can treat so many different things we can all hope that in time it is affordable and available to everyone who is interested in either being healthier with more energy or those who are looking to shed some weight and gain some muscle back in place of the rolls that are currently residing on the body.

Jintropin HGH

Posted under Jintropin - Apr 2nd, 07 - No Comments

Jintropin HGHGeneScience Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. manufactures one of the more potent human growth hormones(HGH), Jintropin. Jintropin works as a natural substance, HGH, excreted by the pituitary glands. In effect, Jintropin acts as an anti-aging agent, elevating levels of HGH that tend to decrease with age. This stimulates muscle growth, weight loss and even combats aging.

Human growth hormone’s direct biochemical effect is to increase the levels of IGF-1 one’s body produces. IGF-1 is secreted by the liver and both repairs cells, (slowing the process of aging), and increases cell count, (increasing muscle density). It also decreases fat density.

Use of Jintropin increases the size of the body’s pre-determined muscle cells. Post-pubescence, a person can only influence the size of their pre-determined muscle cells, not the quantity. As HGH raises the level of IGF-1 in a person’s body back to
pre-pubescent level, they are once again able to grow new muscle cells.
Since Jintropin aids in lean muscle cell growth, it allows one to develop an ideal muscle density.
This has made Jintropin of interest to body builders since its release in China, in 2000. Unlike traditional steroids, Jintropin does not cause water weight gain.
Jintropin’s benefits as a body building drug are many. One can gain increases in lean muscle mass, enhance overall performance with less risk of detection, shorten recovery time between workouts, strengthen joints, ligaments and damaged tissue. Other benefits of Jintropin include increases in protein synthesis, insulin use, and the amount of anabolic steroids a person can use effectively. Due to restricted availability, body builders have typically procured HGH on the black market.

Aside from its work on muscle growth, Human growth hormone heightens energy levels and metabolism. In children, naturally occurring HGH accomplishes this. Adults using Jintropin gain a similar ‘youthful’ increase in energy. Heightened metabolism leads to fat loss. Jintropin accomplishes this apart from exercise.

Aging is caused by decreased levels of HGH in the body, making Jintropin, which restore those levels, a highly effective anti-aging agent. As mentioned earlier, HGH heals damaged cells. As the aging body produces less HGH, less cell repair is possible. Jintropin promotes cell repair, (decreasing wrinkles and ‘looseness’ in skin), and strengthens bones damaged by osteoporosis. Its cell repair extends to brain cells, preventing memory loss.

Human growth hormone drugs have been available for years. Many major pharmaceutical companies market HGH drugs, but only as prescribed for children with pituitary problems affecting growth. Pharmaceuticals price this type of limited-use drug very high.
One such manufactured HGH, Humatrope – is available only through prescription and costs up to 4 times more than Jintropin.

HGH studies

Posted under Jintropin - Apr 2nd, 07 - No Comments

HGH studiesIt seems like everyday there is more and more talk about the human growth hormone (HGH). It all started in 1985 when it was made possible to get injections of HGH. Of course not just anyone could get these, you did have to have a prescription, but if you were one of these lucky people there was a wealth of benefits that you would be able to reap. There are large groups of people who are intensely interested in getting their hands on HGH, especially those who are aging not so gracefully, or at least those who feels they are.

Since the beginning of time people have not enjoyed getting older. We have always fantasized about finding the miracle cure that would keep us looking young well into our nineties and some people think that they have found this in FDA injectible HGH.

In 1990 when the New England Journal of Medicine published the study they conducted on human growth hormone people really started to sit up and take notice. According to this study the amount of HGH that people make declines as they age. This contributes to the loss of muscle and bone mass and even the loss of energy and the addition of weight all over. No one likes to get fat, no one and I think that most people hate getting wrinkly just as much. Less HGH in your body can even mean an increase in the risk of cardiovascular diseases.

By the end of the study the scientists were sure that if they could just get people to produce more HGH or replace what was lost on a regular basis people could get back some of their lost youth. Those taking these HGH injections would be able stop the aging process in its tracks and may even turn back the hands of time.

The study was done on men who varied in age from 61 to 81 and it closely monitored the HGH in each. Each man was given the human growth hormone injections for six months. During this time these men dropped an average of 14 percent of their total body fat and gain muscle in place of it. How much muscle? Approximately 9 percent lean body mass. That is a pretty significant increase, especially for men this age. And the benefits did not end there, they also saw an increase in bone density as well as the elasticity of their skin.

These men were not unhealthy to begin with, they were all well and the only issue they had health wise was their IGF-1 levels, these could have been better. At the end of this study Dr. Rudman clearly put forth, “The effects of six months of human growth hormone on lean body mass and adipose-tissue mass were equivalent in magnitude to the changes incurred during 10 to 20 years of aging.”

The finished study once published went a long way to getting the medical community interested in HGH not to mention the regular average Joes out there who heard about this breakthrough and also wanted to look and feel younger again. This study was only the beginning of a long line of studies centered around the effects and benefits of taking human growth hormone.

Another important HGH study was done at the Chelsea and Westminister Hospital in London and this one was done on 12 HIV patients. For a total of twelve weeks each of the HIV patients received 4 mg of recombinant HGH. This however, was only the firt step to this study. The next phase saw some of these patients getting a placebo while others got HGH all on alternate days of the week.

There were understandably different results from the first phase to the second. For example the results for the first were all good, the patients has lost fat around the middle while oddly other parts of the body such as the arms and legs did not lose any fat. Not only did they get thinner of waist the patients all reported that they looked better about the face and legs as well.

The second phase of the study was not as rosy for some. Those who received the placebo saw the benefits go away, even the abdominal fat came back. From what the doctors could tell it looked as if the HGH help to stabilize limb fat loss.
